Members from Rotary International to speak to our Club

 Barbara Manring - our District representative for the Rotary Int'l Foundation introduced a special visitor, PDG Frank Wargo another Rotarian who has traveled around the world for polio plus.   Frank told our club some of his very sad stories which had happy endings which were due to Rotarians help.  He said our Rotary dollars really do make a huge difference.  He couldn't speak without a tear in his eye.
