May 1st’s Salisbury Rotary Club luncheon meeting was a Business Meeting, chaired by President Fran Chapell. Among matters noted was the annual Kentucky Derby Social, scheduled for this Saturday, and co-sponsored by the Canaan Exchange Club. The yearly silent & live auctions typically raise some $12,000 for local scholarships and features great food, great auction items, mint juleps, lots of fun and live viewing of the Derby on a big screen.
