Salisbury Rotary Club's 8/8 luncheon speaker was Elaine LaBella, an Appalachian Trail Maintainer, CT Chapter of the Appalachian Mountain Club. Her most interesting talk focused on the CT section of the AT, from the NY State line to the brook crossing at Sages Ravine. As someone who has hiked the complete trail, she shared great information on the entire 2174 mile trail from Maine to Georgia, passing through 14 states.
