Owen Quinn, executive director of United Way of Northwest Connecticut spoke to our club, explaining the support given to 26 community agencies, serving 58,500 residents whose unmet needs include children at risk, families with mental health issues, substance abuse, and other everyday basic needs.  The 2015 Annual Fund Drive ends soon; for more info and to donate - www.northwestunitedway.org
